      image The place was super clean and the property was nicely maintenanced! Really cant do wrong with this hotel. Solo or with family its a good find with decent prices.

      image Morning shift manager discriminated & harassed me and my kids. It was very uncomfortable, brought the issue with guest services. The general manager promised 2 stay at any suite at any Hilton Worldwide & to double our points. She never delivered what she promised. Instead of any suite anywhere in the world she sent 2 standard nights at any Homewood suites which they only are in the US. Plus our points were never doubled. The manager should be ashamed of herself for her false promises and the shift manager should be fired for her discrimination & harassment for no reason I still wonder what it was?! Was it my race?!?!!!!

      This guest stayed with us last summer under insurance and twice mentioned she was offended by our front desk agent. I promised her a Be My Guest Certificate for 2 nights to a Homewood Suites in the US. We never promised to double her points. Every month she sends in another comment regarding the same issue. This guest and the front desk agent are of the same skin color. In 8 years, this front desk agent has never been accused of being racist. There will be no further compensation to this guest.

      image My family and I stayed at this hotel for over a hundred days due to major renovation at our home. We loved our stay here. As advertised, it is a fabulous place for extended stay. It offered free breakfast, full in-suite kitchen, laundry room, indoor pool and jacuzzi, etc. The Manager Ms. Veronica and her staff provided world-class customer service not just to us but other guests too. They engaged with customers and were always ready to help. Special thanks to Sebastina, Dora, Caleb, Roberto, Kate, Yoni, and Rosalbina. Wish I could name them all. They deserve a raise or promotion. I can't say enough about the staff that work here. Any issue brought to their attention was addressed immediately and with a smile! God bless them all. I recommend this hotel all the time to friends and family. Thank you all!
