Hey Ms Lila Brown , I saw your review sorry to say this it might be some misunderstanding because me and my whole family even my in-laws and uncle with so many of my friends go every six months for our check up and cleaning we are his patients since 2017 nothing bad happened in my experience in the whole time that I visit him as a patient .He is very friendly kind and gentle with everyone of my family and those people that I referred them to him too . I like the way they treat patients even my kids are so excited to see him he is the one that make my job easy to take my kids there with no fear I like them very much they are very good on how treating the patients and how to make them comfortable during the treatment.

Absolutely LOVE this dental office. Everyone is so sweet and caring. I used to be scared of the dentist and I'm not here. I suffer from social anxiety and they take that into consideration and talk everything over with me. I've never once left upset.

I will not be returning to Woodbridge Family Dental after my terrible experience there yesterday. Dr. Samuel Hagos harassed me throughout the entire duration of my appointment, clearly annoyed that I declined X-rays. I had a mystery novel in my lap, and he remarked that it was funny that I liked reading mysteries since the reader has to gather "all of the information" and yet I wasn't allowing them to gather "all of the information" since I declined the X-rays. When he saw my dental implant, he tapped it with his instrument and tossed his hands up in the air, and said "What is this? If you aren't going to let us get all the information, you are going to have to tell us what is going on in your mouth." I thought these two incidents were particularly inappropriate and unprofessional, and I was very uncomfortable and embarrassed in the chair the whole cleaning. Both of those occurred after the initial lecture given to me at the beginning of the appointment and were in addition to various other comments made during the appointment. I completely understand them encouraging me to get X-rays, but they did it to an extent that made me very uncomfortable and belittled my role in my own healthcare. Dr. Hagos told me at one point that he was explaining it to me since I am young, but he treated me like a child. My husband called the clinic to express our displeasure with the repeated questioning of my decision. The secretary is a very sweet young lady, and she thoroughly and kindly explained why X-rays are beneficial for clients, particularly new patients. She also said they wanted to do whatever they could to make it right. I really appreciate her response and that she/the clinic wanted to know what they could do to resolve the issue.
