Great customer service..... Gentle touch with no pain..... Takes away the anxiety of visiting a Dentist Office!!!!!

This was my first appointment at Nova Dental Partners. I accidentally entered the employee's door, and once inside I ran right into Dr. Tavakkoli. He greeted with a smile, and was so pleasant He walked me to the front desk and showed me the correct door for future visits. My dental assistant/hygienist Linda was great! She listened patiently and attentively to my concerns and history. She didn't let me slide (as she shouldn't) on my brushing habits and that I needed to more. I appreciate that, and it shows she cares and does her job. Dr. Tavakkoli was so nice. He too was attentive, patient, concerned, and cared about my dental hygiene. Some of the suggestions he made for my treatment plan I disagreed with at first, and had questions or concerns. In my mind, I was going to refuse because I didn't see the need, and it seemed too soon. I expressed my hesitation and he explained it in detail that I understood. My sister is a dental assistant, and in the Navy, our advancement exams has a portion on it. So, I'm familiar with quite a few things. I greatly appreciate that Doc! He told me to always advocate for my healthcare. He and his team assisted me on getting an electrical toothbrush that is reccomended for my care. The front desk ladies were Monica and Tasha. They were very pleasant, and helpful. It took me a minute to complete my initial paperwork. The ladies didn't rush me, and Linda answered my questions regarding the forms. They made the process easy for the neccessary documents, CD's that I needed. The entire staff is very courteous and make you feel comfortable. The Hygienist and Dentist explain the details of my visit thoroughly and answered all my questions/concerns .

First appt for my mom. They were able to take her as a walk in. The office was clean. Staff was friendly. Dr. Tavakkoli Was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, so kind to my mom who speaks little english. Im very pleased with the care my mom received so far. I can see why they have 5 star reviews
