Woodbridge Dental Center

Awful customer service. The guy on the phone couldn't find my policy, so I told him that I was going to call somewhere else to make the appointment, so he HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. Very disrespectful. This happened on Friday 15th at 3pm, hopefully the manager can address it.

DONT LET THE FAKE REVIEWS FOOL YOU!!! As a natural American citizen who has been to dentist over 30 years now here all up and down east coast and let me tell you. This office is awful. All around worst. Customer service 0 stars. Empathy 0 stars. Procedure 0 stars. Also employees are very rude and over bearing on personal matters that have NOTHING to do with dentistry.

I love this dentist office been going here for over 5 years started going when i was pregnant with my daughter & wont go no place else. Dr. Ma is Amazing and you can tell he loves what he do. He treats you like family. The whole office does. Hes not like other dentist thats quick to take a tooth out he goes over and beyond to save your tooth. When i moved from Woodbridge to Fredericksburg i continue to go here its definitely worth the drive.

Dr Andy Ma is a great man and very good at explaining things is simple words. It is easy to get an appointment whether it is for preventive cares or a needed dental treatment. They dont sell you crazy things that you may not need like in some other places Deep Cleaning + Financing Package
