On the agreed date, their crew was a no show. When more than half an hour had passed beyond the allotted window, I texted their office. I was offered a new time the following day instead. I had pointed out that we live in the SE area of town ("not SW!"), but the crew still managed to arrive in SW which casued confusion. The office did apologize for the mishaps. When they finally arrived, they did a good job, used shoe covers and gave clear feedback. The charge was competitive, but they add a 5% credit card fee.

Excellent value, customer service and professionalism. Very helpful advice about my dryer vent, and charged less than other companies. Highly recommend and will use again
