I was walking around a toy chest and could not find one. An employee by the name of Janet assisted me and my family in figuring out which baby chest was right for my baby nephew. She even went to the registry to show me what the products would look like after they were built. She was very kind and friendly and helped my family take the chest we chose to the register. If I could give her a 10/10 review I would. Please tell her thank you again.

First of all this place has the poorest customer service and management. We went there today to get the drops for probiotic for my baby. We got home as soon as I was going to open the bottle I checked the expiration date which not once did I think it would be expired. It expired on September 24, 2022 i am attaching the receipt and the bottle we brought for proof, that this place is run by iressponsible management. We are now in October. Imagine what could of happen if I gave my baby expired medication. For anyone who shops there definitely check expiration date because this place don't check I'm sure because they have employees that do not care. Since we were there on the check out line for over 10 min and we asked for help and No one listen until after I said excuse me to the return cashier and she said we can check out there after 10 min of waiting for someone. Definitely not going back here to make any purchases. I stick to my local buybuy baby since this one is not worth the drive. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
