        What's up with Verizon and the lack of customer service? At least the rep at the Woodbridge VA location told me it would be a 90 minute wait. I left went to Costco and bought a new phone in LESS than 30 minutes!

        Had to make 3 separate trips to trade in 4 phones. The store did not have the phones in stock so they were shipped to us. We did all the work of setting them up. We purchased 4 new cases, 4 new screens, and 4 power boxes along with 4 new phones. We were told to bring the old phones back for trade-in and that they would put the screen protectors on the new phones shipped to us. However, we came in and were told it would cost an additional $49.00. Ive been with Verizon for over 20 years. Thinking well go elsewhere after this poor experience. Customer service is dead. Loyalty to a business means nothing these days. Jossue, the Verizon representative seemed put out and disgruntled from the moment we walked in the door. Extremely disappointed with this experience.
