Not often do I blast a specific individual. BUT There is an older lady named Valerie who works the food area and this is the 3rd time she has been rude, unfriendly and unwilling to help. She has denied us things as simple as a pitcher of water when 5 of the 6 of us bowling together are part of leagues playing right now. Her reasoning is pitchers of waters is only for people doing their league night even though every other time we come they have been more than willing to give our party of 5 or 6 a pitcher of water. The lady who is probably the worst team member working there. I would also like to give praise to Trevor who is one of the mangers or assistant managers. He is probably the one employee you have that goes above and beyond in keeping this place functioning and providing excellent customer service. They would get more stars if they were properly staffed and didnt have Valerie working there.
