Magicstic Hair and Nail Salon

Hours posted online were incorrect. Went at 7:30am and door had "Will Return" sign with 8am displayed. No weekly business hours posted. Came bah at8:10am to find it still closed. Called again and someone answered and told me they are closed on Monday. Would have been nice to know before wastng my time.

Dont go to this place. I sunbmitted request for appointment no answer for a week then I finally get a hold of them and since I found them thru Groupon they said only appointments on Monday and Wednesday cant do any other day which wasnt in disclaimer on Groupon. Horrible customer service and wont ever give them my business. I had bought Groupon so that I could try new salon as my regular manicurist has left location I had been too and didnt want to invest place that not great. Glad I didnt and getting refund from Groupon. Absolutely horrible wish I could give no stars

This salon is where you need to go!. Ive always been iffy about people who handle my hair, and meet my demands. But when I say to the call the professionalism was amazing. Once I showed up Marilyn took care of me and knew exactly what to do with my hair to the washing, and cutting and styling she was amazing 10 out 10 would recommend! First, we were barely greeted. I booked 2 mani/pedis at the same time. One stylist said she could take one of us. I told her that defeats the purpose of booking together. They overbooked at my appointment time so my Mom and I had to wait an hour before we began, even with an appointment. The stylists were extremely nice but did not seem professionally trained. My toes were not cut on edges at all. After pedi, we were asked to walk on the dirty floor barefoot to the mani station. There was trash on the floor, as well as used combs and other styling tools. At the mani station, there were open snacks and beverages just hanging out. It took forever to get my Mom's nails painted. Mine chipped later on the same evening doing minimal basic everyday tasks. Thank goodness I had a Groupon for this disaster. I would never pay even $30 for a repeat of this experience. We tipped the stylists according to original value ($50 each mani/pedi) - they were very nice and helpful but lacked skill. I wonder if each is certified?? This place is DIRTY! I was there on a Friday afternoon with no manager or owner present. The only reason for 2 stars is the friendliness ofstylists, otherwise, a 1. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
