1st time getting my lashes and eyebrows done, I was so scared my anxiety actually kicked in in the table lol but let me start from the front the phone call the receptionist was very nice and Im very bad with names. I forgot everybodys name, but I went to the Woodbridge location starting with the phone conversation. Very nice very professional. I wasnt rushed off the phone when I got into the location, I believe the same person who I spoke to was the same person who introduced me to their products far as the lashes, very nice asked me what I would like instead of telling me what I should get which made it very easy and less stressful and pressure going to my lash tech as I said, I forgot their name but very gentle very nice again. Explain the process asked me what I would like and she got started right away. I was comfortable even fell asleep a little bit because I heard my own self snoring lol but thats how comfortable the environment was. my anxiety actually kicked in while I was laying on her table, but me talking to myself, just trying to calm myself down so I wouldnt open my eyes , lol anyway, then she moved to my eyebrows. I love them absolutely love them she explained the process I wasnt caught off guard with nothing new. Everything was done so professionally. . Towards the ending of my eyebrows, I believe a class came in even though I think they asked the lash tech if its ok to come in but my opinion. They should also ask the customer if its OK for extra people to come in just for that sense of security, and comfortability being as though it was my first time I was a little uncomfortable with other people around but thats just how my anxiety work, however the class that came in was very quiet was very professional and allow the lash tech to do what she do Now, far as my check out, the other young lady that helped me was very nice. She did offer the membership package. I cant remember if I took it or not I believe I said its OK.HOWEVER..I think with the company should either include a travel size or mini size, brush, and cleaner, for the lashes opposed to making the new customer buy it.. then anything after that it should be a charge, but I do think the company should put in a mini size, lash cleaner and brush with the package that will probably help sell a little bit more other than that..my overall experience was amazing Yes, this is a long review but the reviews are good thats how the business make changes..and thats how you want to keep your customers coming back. I absolutely have no problems. I will continue to go, and I am just very happy. Very excited for my new additions.

Im very satisfied as a returning customer to the Amazing Lash Studio - Potomac Town Woodbridge. Dani is my lash technician and shes very experienced and professional. The front desk representatives are welcoming. The establishment is nice and clean. Service: Eyelash extensions
