Ive come to Hair Talk three times, and each time Im extra satisfied! She knows her clientele very well. You tell her what you want and she does it spot on, even makes recommendations to improve my expectations. She is always ready on time when you get there and does not keep you waiting and waiting area. Shes upfront about her cost and does not beat around the bush. I will continue to go to her as long as Im in this area. Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Hair extensions

I do NOT recommend this salon at all! To charge top dollars for service, and the hairstyle did NOT keep for no more than 1.5 weeks, clearly says the owner/ stylist was not for the assignment! Neither did she offer 1/2 of the funds back, due to wasted hair and money. If you do not know certain styles or techniques to do the style that is being. Inquired about, thee HONEST thing to do is refer people to someone you trust can get the job done!!! Dont take peoples hard earn money for YOUR GREED!!! (This message is FACTUAL and based off of my sisters experience) AND me seeing her when she got it done vs. 1 week and some days that the hair had to be removed! #JustHorrible

Very poor customer service. New to the area trying to find a salon, called asking about a service and the lady was so condescending and inexcusably rude for reasons unknown. As a paying customer the lady really prevented us from wanting to go here. Call didn't even last 2 minutes and she hung up. Not sure who she was but she shouldn't be working there and has probably deterred many others.
