Paid almost $300 to have an estimate done on my sequoia on 3/29/24 just to tell me they will call me on Monday to discuss options. Come Monday, no call so I decided to call myself and someone answered and told me they will give me a call back when they can. Never heard from on Monday. So I call today and the same exact thing but this time someone took my number down. Still havent received a call and its almost been a week since I paid for a pointless estimate

These folks care about the car and the driver. They're upfront about work, costs, time, and options. When they give you an estimate, that's the estimate. If they get near its max, they call and ask what options you prefer. No jerking around, no rip offs, no surprises. I brought them the car my dad was still working on for me when he died, and they treated the entire affair with honesty and skill.

After working at this establishment for almost 2 years, I have learned the ins and outs. They are a restoration company with a main focus of developing software for automotive shops. The majority of time spent from the owners is on creating a software program to sell to other shops as a shop managing tool. When I worked there, we only had 1 tech with any actual antique car history, everyone else was a beginner tech trying to start out in the auto field. If you feel like taking your car there, interview the technicians and see what kind of experience they have. The "Rules of the road" is a document that covers the shop from any liability to the vehicle and had been drawn up from several lawyers. Do your diligence when choosing a repair shop and be sure to ask plenty of questions. These people are amateurs at best in the restoration world. There is no passion for restoration at this shop, nobody owns a classic car, or even a hot rod.

My father had his 1969 Mercury Cougar completely rebuilt from the ground up. BWA did a fantastic job! Any negative reviews that you may see about BWA (which i would imagine are few and far between), more than likely are over dramatized BS! You will never go wrong with BWA and any restorations you do!
