While the service itself was passable, the negligence regarding my vehicle's safety overshadowed any positive aspects of the experience. Upon returning to the store after realizing that my tires had not been rotated as promised, I was met with a concerning revelation from the service advisor: a supposed tire leak. However, this diagnosis raised significant doubts. How could they identify a tire leak without removing the tire from my car? Moreover, why was this crucial information not communicated to me during the service or upon pickup? As disconcerting as the undisclosed tire issue was, it paled in comparison to the security lapse witnessed when retrieving my vehicle. I was shocked to find my car left unlocked, with the driver's window fully down, and my key plainly visible inside. This blatant disregard for basic security measures is utterly unacceptable and raises serious questions about the safety of vehicles entrusted to Smoketown Exxon's care.
