Lindsay Chevrolet Service Center

This isnt a trustworthy place to bring your vehicle, in my opinion. Their book values on parts didnt add up to us, the amount of hours of labor that we would be charged for didnt make sense based on what they would need to do, and we have just gotten a really bad feeling from them in general. We had our suspicions the last time we went, and after bringing it in again recently we were told it needed over $10,000 worth of work. We had them do the bare minimum and then took it to a place recommended to us by other military families and were able to really find out how misleading Lindsay Chevrolet had been.

Very unprofessional managers. We found a much better deal at a local competitor who didnt waste our time and mock us when we made an offer.

Been dealing with them since 2018 when I brought my SUV, worst experience I had dealing with a service department, Most of the time you have to call yourself to find out if your vehicle is ready or not. I use this dealership because it's 2 miles from my house. I love Cheys but I won't be going here for my next one. Lindsay Chevrolet Dealership, not the Collison Center. I would rather go to PEPBOYS for better service. At least, they keep you updated.
