So as far as the 760 you spent we purchased 2 tires, yes they were generic tires but I always sell generic tires unless brand name is requested that is how I stay budget friendly as you said in your first post... I sold you 2 Laufenn tires that have a 45k mile warranty. Those 2 tires were $155 each and charged you 35 per tire to mount and balance 130 for alignment and 250 to remove air damn that was rubbing your tires cause you could not afford to fix the collision work at the time...which adds up to $760. As far as the 13k estimate I provided it was not only Collision repair it was an all over custom paint job with gold flake on top (because we had a charger we did with the same paint job in our shop and you saw it and wanted the same thing) and we were painting exterior and door jambs, that estimate was as follows. 6k for paint labor (4k if u decided u didn't want flake) 150 to replace each fender plus part of 243.10 each (u needed both) and 800 to replace 2 doors left side front and rear plus the doors at 416 and 617.50 then 1000 to repair front and rear bumper and 4000 in materials (because u wanted gold flake and that requires three gallons of clear)...sounds to me as NTB had u replace perfectly good tires that had no problems all because they weren't name brand but were still perfectly good tires that were under warranty (So who's really the scammer?). Yes you needed the rear and another alignment but you already knew that cause I told you that when you were here for front tires. We are family owned and operated and I plan on giving this company to my son, currently the baby you referred too so why pay for daycare when I can bring him in and he can learn as a child. I am always honest with my customers I have to be... or we wouldn't have stayed in business this long.. and I was honest with you but you could not afford the job I recommended so we did the minimum to keep your car on the road. I am sorry you feel taken advantage of but I assure you it was NTB NOT US! And as far as the quote its just that. It's definitely not outrageous considering all the work you wanted done. There's cheaper places just like there's places that are more expensive. And if you had any problems with our work you could have said something and we would do what we could to make it right. But to give us a 1 star review and try to tear us down and make false accusations over a quote is ridiculous. If you're gonna leave a review atleast leave an honest one with ALL the details.
