Oh, if I could give less than one star! I can't even begin to share how infuriated I am at this company. We were referred to Betty's by Kitchenaid when our home was hit by lightening. Our dishwasher WAS WORKING but the lights on the front panel board were not. We scheduled a replacement front panel. When the repair person came out, he brought the wrong part -but had disassembled our dishwasher before figuring that out. He replaced our old part, reportedly ordered the correct part and charred us for the visit $98. After he left the dishwasher no longer functioned. I phoned Betty's angry that it was a week prior to Thanksgiving and I had no dishwasher. The phone person blamed me for getting the make/model wrong (I had sent a copy of a photo of the make/model to Kitchenaid) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE!!! Anyway, the repair man just came with the NEW PART a week after thanksgiving and guess what...the dishwasher works but the front panel doesn't....and here is the kicker, he charged $274. for the replacement part to get my dishwasher back to where it was before I called KitchenAid. I am furious and going to contact the Better Business Borough. My recombination is to never ever use this company.

the worst experience. they don't understand meaning of scheduling. they always told me only one day of one time period is available. never give me a choice.

This company is the worse. They did not check correctly my refrigerator the first time Maytag sent them. Three months later they wanted to charge about $300 for the original problem I called originally (ice accumulating in the bottom freezer). Receptionist at the phone making the schedules is very rude. I spent a whole day waiting for them. I don't understand why Maytag use them. On top of that it seems that Maytag refrigerators only work for a year, after that, you have to be ready to pay hundreds of Dollars on repairs.

I have had the serviceman out 4 times to fix my refridgerator as the line to the water dispenser and ice maker have frozen. He performed a modification from the maufacturer. it broke...he came back...it froze up...i waited a month...defrosted the fridge to clear the line...it is leaking on my hardwood floors (this is a large built in refridgerator and the water shutoff is behind it so I can't turn the water off)...The receptionist tells me they can't come out for 8 or 9 days because they are booked. $1,000 dollars later, still broke, water leaking, floors and cabinates damaged and I get a sorry for your luck. I know it is hard to find someone in the DC Metro area that isn't looking to over charge you for minimal work...but these guys breat stuff and charge you to fix it...when they can get arround to it.
