I was driving by Woodbridge and I saw rivergate apartments over the bridge and I decided to walk in and to see the property, I met this amazing young lady Elshaday the leasing manager and I felt very welcome to the building because of her smile. She guided me a tour even though I had no appointment and she was supposed to go to her lunch break. Their property is very clean and amenities on point, the floor plans are very specious and amazing with a worthy pricing. I really want to move here but My current lease end on 8/11 and I cant wait to come here and live when am done with my lease. I definitely recommend this place so much. Thank you Elshaday for your good service.

I'm still waiting for my return of the 500 dollars, it's been 2 months and no one can tell me where my money is, they are always in meet ings and never answer calls or emails.

We now have 24/7 SECURITY due to the crime and thefts etc. And they have started to communicate better with emails and maintaining the building better! Hopefully this continues so I can keep giving a higher rating moving my 1 star to 2 for the effort
Car thefts! Car break ins and now car rims stolen. NO effort from office to detour criminals, garage door is almost ALWAYS broken and takes forever I receive a part. Mind you parking in garage is $75 a month. Not even signage claiming security cameras in place or even an onsite security officer overnight. See last couple photos of recent cars (I know its been Hondas for years and am aware Rivergate isnt the only place with the issue however management does not care. As they claim they do.
THEY ARE NOW OFFERING A RAFFLE FOR A $100 gift card to leave a review! All the new reviews are for show! DO NOT RENT HERE! Going on our 3rd lease only because of high rent everywhere and we still have a lower rate. The building is not maintained at all. Carpets are constantly stained and walls have tons of marks. They need to up the carpet cleaning that they do only once or twice a year. Exit only doors are constantly being propped open or broken and the security of the building is low. Multiple cars have been stolen and broken into in the garage that is constantly broken and anyone can follow people in! Trash room in the garage is constantly filled with trash bags instead of residents throwing the trash down the new chutes that were put in on top of the trash butler alet service we now have. Guest parking USED to be free and now its a park mobile area. Anyone can now park there since there is no way to tell if a car there is a guest or overflow from restaurant and wedding venue. There are signs that say guest parking only but no way to tell if its a guest or overflow! Management will say its for the ease of residents to not have to worry about a guest pass especially after hours but thats not the way to fix that. We barely have resident events. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!
