From start to finish, I had a great experience with Capitol Vein & Laser Center in Winchester! The lady at the front desk was so kind and very helpful with all my insurance questions, Leah was friendly and made me feel at ease during my scans, and Melisa was caring and friendly as she explained my condition and treatment options throughly, putting me at ease. I highly recommend the team at Capitol Vein & Laser Center in Winchester.

I went into this clinic, and the Dr
Was more interested in my bunion, why when I came for my veins. Crazy! I told him I had the surgery before and my insurance paid it all. He said it's different now. I still have the same health issues. Heart disease and a bad valve. Then I went back they did tests, a girl did them, not Dr. And she said I'm not getting anything. They will explain. Then another girl came in and said I had nothing wrong with me. But she would do it but it would cost me money. Then I pointed a a spot in back of my knee, and she said I can't do that one, they have to do that. So, nowfurst I have nothing wrong with me but then I do. See what I mean about this. Crazy!!. She wasn't even a Dr. She can't even write up a diagnosis. Al, when I went out to desk, several people paying, one lady was complaining she was dizzy from standing, and I told her to sit down, and wait till everyone else leaves then go to desk and pay. The just throw you out and don't care they got there money. Also, everyone in place was complaining what a mess it turned out to be, and cost them way more money than irinally was suppose to out of their pockets. With me they did test that cost 4k, in less than a half hour. They didn't care whether I got my veins done they got their money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I feel it's a scam for sure!!
