Horrible place. Its dirty and old. If you have Covid youre screwed because nobody wants to come in and check on you. It is sad situation because when you dont have the money your choices are limited.

My mother spent several weeks at Envoy last year. The staff and nurses were very helpful. Even the manager called to update us on her issues because she was a little hard to deal with. My family was quite impressed so much that my employer sent a couple of bouquets of flowers. Thank you all for your help with people who can't always help themselves.

My dad was here for a few weeks and was happy with the facility.. but we want to give a special thanks to Lisa (one of the nurses) she took great care of my dad while he was in there and went above and beyond to help with things... also my dad really liked Daniel his therapist

The employees here must have gotten paid to write a good review about this place. Every time I go there I hear alot of bad things about this place

I have been looking at some of these reviews and I am sorry no one paints a picture from the nursing side Are we short staffed sometimes? Yep. Just like half the country. But here's the thing y'all...we would rather be short staffed with those who WANT to be there; than be fully staffed with anyone who thinks it's just a job. I am blessed to have many CNAs that are my right arm. They are the heart beat of that building. We LOVE our residents and yes families. Yes the building needs updating but that is work in progress. Our therapy department is beyond measure. Activities is heart and hands on. So if you are looking for short term long term or respite just come in take a tour but for the love of Jesus take the time to talk to a CNA or nurse you will see and feel they really do love what they do and do what they love. And to those who think we are paid to write this review we weren't. Heck I'll give you my opinion for free.
