I needed to get a poster for an event at my church. I designed it and sent the image to Staples from my computer. The printout was ready the same evening and it looks great!

This Staples location is AWESOME!! The staff is super friendly and helpful, everyone going out of their way for you. I was looking for deals on the lidded banker boxes. Walmart was pricey plus had to ship. Off to Staples, I knew they would have it -- but thought it would be too much. Staples beat Walmart price, plus the manager Brian Arnold walked me through the app, gave me an addition $10.00 off. Definitely check this place out . I've used the copy center before as well. Staff always helps and make you feel like an individual. Nice place. The new manager has made a great impact on this location.

In short, I paid a little extra for one-hour printing, trimming, and binding. Having never used their services before, I returned one hour later to my materials not properly prepared. Apparently, the first clerk who helped me was supposed to ask me a lot more questions and give me many more options. I supplied them during this second attempt with someone else helping. Some few minutes later, he returned with it being wrong. Again. The third attempt was stopped short by another guest coming in. The clerk helped him next. I waited an hour for this one guest to get what they needed completed. Then, my third attempt. After watching the second and third attempt, I now know it only takes about six minutes to complete. That particular job. It would have been a little more convenient to just finish my job first due to the mess-ups. A huge underlying problem to all of was that only one clerk was there at all times during my visit. Before initially being helped, I waited for two other guests to be helped, and it definitely required a good amount of waiting too. There is definitely way too much time involved in just waiting.
