Highway robbery, dont use them. A simple job was quoted 1,200 and after complaining they brought it down to 950.00. We told them no thank you. We called a local contractor who was amazing and only charged us 165.70. Will not use ever again and no one else should either.

We have experience with many plumbing companies, over our 35 years of home ownership. Casco rates the highest in my book. There was a leak somewhere between the house and well head. This company offered a trenchless repair option, others wanted to dig up the front yard with a backhoe. Jason, who provided the estimate, actually performed the work. When they discovered the leak was where the pipe exited the foundation the estimate was changed to a spot repair, saving us $$. The invoice provided a very detailed explanation of the work performed and we were reminded several times about their two year warranty, on the work performed. None of our past service companies offered a warranty. Casco is our plumber, for work in the future. In addition, while the above leak was being repaired, Casey arrived to replace the well pump. Since it was overworked from the leak it was replaced as a precaution. He was equipped to get it done with minimal hassle. The pump was replaced previously, by a different well company, it took 3 onsite to do the job. Casey worked independently. Once again I was reminded of the 2 year warranty. It was lettered on his truck. Fast forward about one year...Jimmy arrived a few days sooner than expected. He flushed our Rinnai water heater and replaced the vibrating radon fan, all during the same visit. Thanks again for the quick response.
