Tiantia is a whole vibe and I love her. Her dude, on the other hand, is sketchy af. Every time I have been in there, he has done something that makes me feel uneasy. I have heard him spout off the mouth on more than one occasion, one time smoking a roach and hitting his chest about how "his stuff is the best" to a couple that was clearly in their 60's. It was weird. This is Winchester, VA. Not downtown Baltimore. They were not impressed and neither was I. It could be a very amazing place if dude wasn't so extra.

I had a very good experience today at celebrity hemp dispensary the owner is very knowledgeable and I had a great overall experience from the moment we walked in the door. Great environment with a lot of potential definitely go check this place out. I 10 out of 10 recommend and I wish the owners the best of luck

Absolutely amazing experience. The owner is extremely charismatic, passionate, and proud of his work. He provided a well rounded experience, and the product I purchased is absolutely unbelievable. 100% will be going back!!
