Just a bunch of old guys who sold themselves as packers but had no clue what they were doing we had to leave a lot of things behind we later learned that all that stuff was in the front at one of their houses please be careful if you use these guys

We had a stressful experience with Jordans company. We were almost going with Mover Dudes and we wish we had. When the movers arrived, we thought wed see Jordan, but was told he didnt do that part. There was lots of foul language used between two of the employees, even before their trucks were parked. We were moving to NC from VA and our things had been moved numerous times, after we were told they would be in storage until we found a home. Many boxes were damaged, things that were wrapped were dirty from where the wrapping came off. We waited a significant amount of days to receive all of our belongings, because they would not fit in the two trucks that were brought. Sadly, we were very disappointed in the overall service. And, we paid in full before they delivered our things to NCbecause we are honest people and wanted to help Jordan out.

I hired Smart Valley Solutions for a local move. They were over 1.5 hrs late based on the 8 to 830 am window I was given (arrived at 935 am) & the excuse was that the lead mover overslept.  The owner, Jordan, excused the lateness saying that these guys work hard.  Once the movers arrived at my new home with my furnishings, one of the movers began making suggestive & inappropriate remarks plus an explicitly sexual remark asking me if I liked my bedroom, then adding, "I'm just gonna say it, OUR bedroom." A mover called Jordan to accept my payment and Jordan began complaining that, "she got us!" referring to the flat rate that he had given me for my move; the mover said, "She is standing right here" because the phone was on speaker and I could hear Jordan disparaging me. The next day I discovered that when the movers had disengaged the closing mechanism on my storm door to open the door wider, they had not put it back in working order when they left. I called, left a message, Jordan messaged me that he would look into whether this was their fault, then finally a mover came out to repair it later that day. I wrote a letter of complaint to the owner describing the inappropriate & sexually explicit remarks that I was subjected to by his employee in my home & asked that he, the owner, ensure that the offending employee not contact me. Jordan said he took the matter seriously & would address it, however, instead of apologizing for the unbelievably unprofessional behavior of one of his employees, he thanked me for my business! I do not recommend hiring Smart Valley Solutions for any job. NOT on time, NOT professional, NOT recommended!

We had a very bad experience with this company. They packed up our house in WV and moved our stuff to our new home in SC. It was very stressful. Among other things, they delivered and set up my queen bed but and I didn't realize until later that night that it was wet. Some nice stuff was broken. I spoke several times with the owner and he promised to replace the bed. He kept telling me the check was in the mail. I finally filed a complaint with the BBB and he did not respond to them either. Do yourself a favor and look for a more reputable company.

Jordan is reliable, committed and has exceptional customer service. He is very community oriented. They are problem solvers and they care about their customers. They take your problems and create solutions.
