10/10 Highly recommend. This program saved my life! It taught me so much about mental health and mental illness. The skills you learn and support you receive are top knotch. If you are at a low point and looking for help, this is the place to be! All the staff are kind and positive. Very safe and relieving atmosphere!

Today was my exit from this wonderful outpatient program. If not for this program I probably wouldn't be here. Terri and Tim are fabulous therapist. It shows by their, caring, compassion, kindness and sense of humor. I now have the tools to help me when my depression or anxiety try to get the best of me. Maybe as simply as just breathing, meditation, or talking to someone who understands. Thank you Terri and Tim for helping me more than you can imagine. Remember...you can't shovel last years snow. Time to move on and enjoy today.

This program is absolutely fabulous. I came at an extremely low point in my life, and Terri, Tim, Molly, and the other therapists were the best at teaching me tools to use in my everyday life. I have read a not-so-favorable review here, and can only say that all therapy requires one to work and practice the tools provided. I found all of the staff to be compassionate and genuinely interested in my progress. Additionally, working with the other people in the group was very rewarding. I have made lifelong friends in the program, and at this stage in ones life, it is hard to make good friends. If you are having mental health issues, this is the right place. Give it a chance and help yourself.

While still a new and developing program, I found it to be the perfect combination of psychological oversight and therapy. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating! I have always been able to schedule all appointments for the following day. Group therapy sessions are very insightful, validating, and overall helpful in overcoming life struggles. I would recommend this outpatient program to anyone struggling with depression/anxiety or any other behavioral health needs.
