If I could give this place negative stars I truly would. Its not even worth your time and all the five star reviews are 90% false. Opening up about mental health to a doctor who asks the question how are you? and then follows up with I dont care after you respond???? Most of the doctors here SERIOUSLY need to be reviewed/watched. Reminder that this is a mental health facility and that respect is KEY in general. Having an attitude with patients as a doctor is very unprofessional especially when you work at a place like this thats supposed to help out. Thanks though!

This is an alright establishment but Ive chosen to give it 1/5 as the voice message system takes a very long time to get a response!! It tells you to hang up and then gets back to you after an hour. Why isnt there someone on the line when you can hear the front desk people in the background speaking????

0 stars if I could for a multitude of reasons: You always get an automated voice system to talk to and not someone on the phone until about 10-15+ minutes after the fact. The majority of staff especially in medication are disrespectful besides the front desk ladies who are polite however there are delays in appointment making plus medication refills. In my experiences: stay away if you need proper medication management, if youre looking for actual help and treatment or if youre in need of a professional appointment. I wouldnt bother going here for the long run especially if youre with other family members. If youre struggling and already going through things, forget empathy since the doctors show no regard to your feelings and hardly listen to them. Even if its your appointment and theres family involved the doctors wont focus on you (the patient) and will more likely focus on your family members. There needs to be more empathy and listen more instead of being unbothered or having attitude.
