My mentor and I went to tropical smoothie this morning and when we arrived they just received word to close up for the day due to the bad weather. They allowed us to order and sit down to eat while they closed up. Shoutout to the two employees working this morning.

I'm not sure of their names but the team working today , Mar 4 2024 at 445, is on it!! Second time I've seen that same team and the service is super fast, friendly and gets my order exactly correct. Great job you guys!

Ive been sick for over a week and the ONLY thing Ive wanted is a paradise point smoothie to help relieve my throat. I sat in the drive thru for almost 25 minutes! No customers were inside, NO one was in line behind me, and yet my smoothie is so watered down and disgusting Id rather continuously swallow the mucus my body is producing rather than drink this. To make me sit and wait for THAT long, and the product isnt even up to par or good AT ALL is shameful. Yall are pricey as hell, shouldnt there be more effort put into this? I will never go back to this location. I will spend my money at the mall where there is good people and GOOD smoothies.
