Got my 7 year old's ears done today and the customer service was amazing!!!! Highly recommend if you have a child who is a little scared. They were so great with my daughter. Very happy with our experience!!

Had an amazing experience here! My 5M old had her ears pierced here. I totally forgot the ladies name that helped us but she was super nice! She walked us through the process. After it was done she offered a few more things but we decided to just take the disinfecting spray. honestly I think I couldve just took the cheap option or she did an amazing job because my daughters healed in a week. Thank you!

They don't close at 8pm they close at 7pm. We got there at 6:40 and told them we were there for ear piercing but my daughters asked to go to the bathroom first. We said we'd be right back. We got back to the stand at 6:50 but she was talking to someone so we waited. At 6:59 she told us they were closing and turned us away. Would not have been difficult for them to warn us BEFORE we left for the bathroom or right when we returned and stood there waiting that they were about to close. After sending me away with crying, dissapointed kids after they stood right in front of you talking about what earings to pick, do you think I would come back? Take a moment to put yourself in my 6 and 9 year olds shoes! Planning for weeks, finally today was the day, drive 30 minutes there, stand there nervously waiting getting a pep talk from mom. Patiently waiting on you who so eailly, with just a shrug turned us away. What meant nothing to you ruined two little girl's excitement.
