This Office is very organized and you can feel that the staff does everything possible to meet your needs. The audiologist, Charlie and Travis, are very knowledgeable and take time to ensure that hearings problems meet all your requirements. When I first needed to wear hearing aids, Oticon was expensive but recommended and that was 2009. In 2023 I bought Oticon again and would never wear any other hearing aids. The Winchester office checks with me periodically to set up an appointment for hearing checks, resets and cleaning.

after a year of having my BioCross Hearing Aids that I bought from Hearing Aids Services & Sales office in Winchester VA. I loved it, its improving my hearing on daily basis. Also every time I need any kind of assistant with it I go to the office to the friendly people who are eager to help as they are well organized with very helpful staff. Also highly experienced, very kind Technologist and very helpful Technician always ready to help. Those guys are behind there product with service and warranty. I love dealing with them all. I was a lot of fun yet a lot health improvement for my ears.
