        Been waiting for 2 packages for a week now keeps telling me on truck for delivery but nothing comes and is still on truck to be delivered so I can't even go pick it up very annoying and I truly hate FedEx I will never buy anything that ships through FedEx again this has happened before too avoid using them for any reason

        Terrible fedex ground driver. Unfocused, dreadful mood, not caring about packages. Driver was on the phone ranting about soemthing that clearly made him mad. As he is delivering my package, he stacks my two packages on top of each other and infront of my door that swings open. I ordered crucial and expensive car parts that are naturally heavy and he puts them on the door step which has a drop that could very well damage it. Spent too long trying to get out of my house let alone making sure the packages didn't fall and get damaged.
