We could not be more pleased with our home built by Tony Foreman and his team in 2019. Tony and his team build a high quality home. They do not take short cuts and they strive for excellence in all they do. They communicate well, follow-up well and deliver an outstanding product. Tony and his team are honest and transparent. I saw the great reviews and Foreman Builders and decided to try to work with them. I was super excited because they seemed like they could practically customize and allow you to do whatever was necessary to fit in your budget. Not the case. They want to do everything and if you try to find ways to make certain things more affordable, theyll cut you off and not want to work with you anymore. I tried to find ways to save by eliminating driveway work, OPTIONAL things, having other people I know assist with electric and flooring but they wanted to do it all at $300+ per square foot. I wanted to opt out of some selections so that overtime, I could add things as my budget grew. But they didnt provide those selections. Theyre not about helping you get what you want, and its all or none. At least the ladies that answered the phone were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I can't speak highly enough of Foreman Builders.Building a new custom home is a daunting task for anyone, especially for the uninitiated. It is a lengthy process with many choices and decisions that must be made in a timely fashion. Tony and his entire staff made it as easy as it can be, from lot design to buying appliances and accoutrements, they were there to assist. We made a lot of new friends in the process. That is the nuts and bolts of the actual process.Regarding the craftsmanship, you won't find better. From the carpenters to his subcontractors Tony employees the most meticulous people in the business. And he is very hands-on, insuring that every single detail is up to his high standards.We absolutely love our new house. What few irregularities that surfaced (present in all construction projects) were rectified immediately. And if that's not enough, Foreman Builders guarantees their work for two years.Regardless of your building needs you, absolutely, owe it to yourself to talk to Tony Foreman before you choose a builder for your custom home.I felt that the cost was competitive with other builders in the area.  I would remind everyone that the devil is in the details.  If you want it done right, call Tony.
