Just have to say that Terry at this location i give my greatest appreciation. I went into the store my phone not working and broke. This man got my phone working and im out the door a happy custome. Im coming back soon for my upgrade.

Terry displayed excellent customer service skills and helped diagnose suspicious hacking activity on my phone and knew the solution ...good job Terry!

Terry Shepherd really helped me with my phone problem that I tried everything I could to figure out. It took him a little while but he kept at it till he got it fixed. I really appreciate his help.

The young man that helped me knew what he was doing & didn't take half a day 2 do so!! He explained my options with different phones, plans, etc. I started with the $60/mo plan & he even went as far as 2 tell me 2 bring my phone n a couple days b4 my bill was due so he could c how much data I used 2 c if i really needed that plan. Which I did & he advised me that the $40/mo would b plenty 4 me!! We even joked about our rival football teams! Thx 4 ur hard work & honesty!
