Cricket is my cellular carrier and I rarely have a problem with them. Most problems could be handled online but I was in the neighborhood and thought I'd drop in and see what there customer service is all about. I needed the new screen protector, their service it was very nice I purchase the screen protector and they did a super job removing the old protector cleaning my screen and putting on the new screen protector, was absolutely no bubbles or distortions the best I've ever seen anybody do this.

Have alot of problems with phone Automatically deals numbers when texting changes screens when not ask to. Automatically calls phonke numbers when texting. Automatically dials previously called numbers for no reason. Thos is just a few. Had Samsung phone previously and read great. Don't know if phone or carrier.
