I just got a new phone connected coming from cricket , the lady with the glasses was very helpful in explaining details of my plan and helping me set up my new phone I love it !

This is by far the worse T-Mobile I have ever been too. After my last two encounters here I am deciding to pay off my two iPhones and switching to just about ANY other phone company. The works arent qualified, poorly trained and have no problem solving skills. They will give you the run around until you basically get frustrated and either leave and are forced to call the Customer Service line in hopes to receive an actually solution. I advise anyone considering switching over to NOT do so or visit a store with employees who are trained properly. Lastly keep all receipts, paper work etc. because it will always be there word against yours

Attention! Avoid this Hispanic lady who works at the Metro By Tmobile store at all costs! Her service is absolutely pathetic and her work ethic is non-existent. I recently went to the store looking for a plan that I had already confirmed over the phone, but this lady told me that she couldn't offer it to me. What kind of game are they playing here? Instead, she tried to push me into buying a phone she didn't need, when they had clearly told me over the phone that it was free. Additionally, I tried to sell a monthly plan online for $65, when they had offered me the same service over the phone for only $30! It's absolutely ridiculous. This woman clearly has no respect for her clients and she seems to be more interested in taking money out of our pockets than in providing decent service. Avoid this store at all costs if you don't want to be scammed and treated with disdain.
