        I like this place because you don't have to buy a car wash before you can use the vacuums--sometimes you only have time for one and not the other. Always seems well-stocked.

        I cancelled my membership back in Oct of 2023. And realized I was still being charged every month since. I contacted customer service via internet and submitted 10 requests for cancellation. Called the number and left multiple voicemails , and still nothing. Unfortunately, I had to report this to my credit card company, and they are now dealing with this issue. I would NOT recommend unlimited car washes to anyone for this reason.

        $15 car wash and front wasn't clean, wheels weren't either. Wheel wells were just as dirty as when I went in. Didn't really drive my car and it's garage kept so I thought ok, it's not really dirty so I'll try again . Another$15 just for clean windows. Nope won't happen again.
