This has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. The space is laid out very thoughtfully. Its open and there is plenty of light. There is plenty of storage room due to the massive closets. The management, especially Katie, is wonderful if you ever need anything. The maintenance is great as well. I dont have any complaints with Hiatt Run. It seems like all of the bad reviews are due to old staff from a few years ago. I would recommend this to anyone in the area. I just wish there was a Hiatt Run where Im moving.

My Wife and I lived in Hiatt Run for 2 years. It was a breath of fresh air from the very beginning- Open spaces, a short paved walking path, gravel roads that went along the cow pasture to the battlefields and extremely convenient to Winchester. The apartments were very well taken care of, and constructed thoughtfully. What we appreciated most though was the management team. Katie always kept communication 100% and we always knew if we needed anything that the management team would ensure our needs were addressed quickly. Blaine in maintenance does an excellent job and is very personable. Megan was clearly brought on as a good fit for the culture Hiatt Run has built. She is very kind, thoughtful, and fair. We enjoyed the pool at Hiatt Run (open memorial day-labor day until 8pm), the garden plots (added to rent), dog park (pet deposit) and our very friendly neighbors. Overall the best apartments we have ever lived in. Great people.
