The most CLIENT CENTRIC veterinary practice I have been to. I drive 54 miles and pass 5 vet clinics to take my dogs to FF. Why?
They accommodate our dog reactive gal to keep her under threshold, thus low stress. Takes time to totally explain things to me. Even checked in the ay after routine vaccinations to see how my dog was doing. From appointment setting to checkout and follow up they are simply the best!!

Brought my 2 cats in for wellness exams & vaccines. I decided to stray from my old vet and give Five Forks a try after a recommendation! Everyone at the desk was helpful and the vet tech Amanda was amazing. The "cat room" is cozy and is decorated with a fun cat tree and comfy perches. Dr. Moyer is very friendly and knowledgable and I absolutely trust he has my furry friends' best interests at heart! He had a nutritionist, Kayleigh, come in and help me create a plan for their diet. Then, to top things off I ran out of the office not looking at the invoice until I got home and was surprised at a charge. After a quick message to the clinic, they fixed the issue for me and I am very grateful!!! Thank you Five Forks Animal Clinic!!!

It was my first time visiting the Five Forks Animal Clinic, and it was truly amazing! My dog Peyton was stress-free and comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Dr. Moyer was so kind and great to my dog Peyton, one of the best visits she has ever had. The vet assistant, Erin, was so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone in the area .
