        Oil cap not replaced after a simple oil change resulting in oil spill all over the engine. Car smoking and almost on fire. Called the store and Austin the manager told me to drive it back in and they would clean it up . Otherwise, there was nothing they could do, and I could call corporate the next day. Will not be going back. Do not recommend. Would give zero stars if I could.

        Poor transition from online purchase to installation. Grief from the counter dude instead of a warm welcome. And then the tires look like they need cleaning. Wow

        Asked for an oil change. Nothing else. Was told an hour for and it took almost two. $114. Was not informed of options or related costs. Please do a better job to inform folks ahead of time what the cost will be for basic service. This is why I prefer to change my own oil. I also should have asked prior to service but this responsibility primarily falls on the shop to communicate IMHO. Gentleman was polite and offered a $15 discount.
