A beloved family member had a horrible experience here. We had them transported to another facility within 12 hours. The staff was dismissive and rude. They were negligent and unresponsive to her needs. It seems that some Google reviews state this place has good care, and it's possible there are a few good people working there, but in general, it is clear that the overall culture is not of a high quality. There was no "supervisor" to assist with the situation, only a single dismissive lead nurse. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

My brother is a patient here in the Rehab wing. Shout out to April Larkins for being an outstanding, caring and available person and staffer here. God bless her for making my brother's stay a positive experience and for making our family visits informative and comfortable knowing he is being well cared for. Thanks to all other staff for their caring attitudes.

It has been a great experience working with Consulate. The team works well together and the care they provide goes above and beyond. The private rooms they offer mean that patients get the privacy they need while they are only there short term.
