Within hours of us finding this property, Suzanne was on the property giving us a virtual tour and by that evening we had a bid submitted. She really listened to us, understood our needs and provided lots of guidance in choosing the right home for us. Her expertise goes well beyond real estate; she has vast knowledge of all things in the Williamsburg area. Suzanne went far above expectations to make this process seamless. Well---our home buying journey was very interesting and definitely a learning experience. The one person who made it so easy to stay on the road to success, was Williamsburg's very own--Miss Suzanne Dana! She is one amazing person and nothing short of the best! Not only is her customer service top of the line but she made sure we knew everything about our purchase and always answered all of our millions of questions! After we sold our house in California in 2020, We have intensely searched with several different agents in Williamsburg, Virginia and decided to go with Suzanne Dana from her awesome reputation and flying gold stars reviews. Suzanne is amazing! She helped me sell my home in New Kent under special circumstances and very quickly! She was always super friendly, knowledgeable and patient and available.
