Bamboo Nails Spa

Feel awful giving one star, but here was my experience: - Made an appointment for dip manicure and normal pedicure for 11:30 AM two days prior - Came in at 11:30, waited 20 minutes for someone to see me - The man working the front desk didn't take me back to the seats, but had me sit at a desk right next to the checkout. It was awkward as people came in and I was sitting right next to the door. - No warm towel, no sanitation in sight (he didn't wash his hands either), no cleaning the nails at all, just jumped right in to putting the dip on - Cut many of my cuticles, one is still bleeding - I cut the appointment short before I could even get a pedicure because they clearly overbooked themselves and the man was relieved when I said I was fine to just check out now. - It was $45. For literally only doing nails and nothing else related to a manicure, I personally think that's too expensive. Generally, the place did not look particularly clean, my manicure did not have any semblance of sanitation involved, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. Edited to add photo to show scabs on all five fingers still there five days later.

The best gel manicure EVER. I haven't been able to go back for almost 4 weeks, and my nails (even though VERY grown out) are still strong, in tact, and not ONE has chipped...in FOUR WEEKS. That has ever happened, ever. I don't know what kind of magic gel they use, but it's amazing.
