This place was perfect for us! The staff here was very sweet and kind. I got myself a dip manicure for the first time, and loved it!! All my questions were answered, and my girlfriend and I had a well-deserved afternoon of self-love, just as planned!

I visited this nail place expecting a relaxing pampering session, but it turned into a nightmare. The workers were not only rude but also had a gross dog running around the salon. To make matters worse, they were touching the dog and then touching my hands without any regard for hygiene or safety. I was shocked when I saw the condition of the dog, and I couldn't believe they allowed it to roam freely in a place where customers come for nail services. It was unprofessional and unsanitary. The final straw was when I asked for a refund for nails that I didn't like and had on for only 3 minutes. The workers refused to give me a refund, displaying a complete lack of customer service and care. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this nail place. The experience was beyond disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
