We just bought our first home with Olyvia's help and we couldn't have chosen a better realtor to help us through it. She was thoughtful, hard working, and had fantastic insights and advice. We truly felt taken care of through this whole process. She truly is the best!!

I started my journey with Olyvia not knowing anything for sure except I wanted and needed to buy a house. Olyvia was patient, learned what was important to me, and worked h3r but off. Once I was ready she found the perfect house I'm the perfect neighborhood and fought for me. I couldn't be happier with Olyvia or the house.

Olyvia is actually the best. I have purchased and/or sold 7 properties so far in my life and wouldn't think of shopping for another realtor after working with Olyvia. She has an incredible work ethic, is a wonderful communicator, and genuinely cares. That is such a hard thing to find in this age. Thank you for everything!

We recently had the great pleasure of working with Olyvia Salyer of Berkshire Hathaway. While we had originally planned to meet several realtors to find the perfect match to list and sell our home, it became immediately clear after meeting Olyvia, our first interview, that we would look no further. Her expertise, knowledge of real estate, and passion for what she does were evident throughout the process. In particular, her communication skills were fantastic and every question, big or small, was answered quickly and with care. Olyvia handled each detail of selling our home as if it was her own home and there is no doubt that potential buyers picked up on her enthusiasm as well. Working with Olyvia was a great experience and we highly recommend her. When buying or selling a home, she is the best choice!
