I go here. Its for suicidal thoughts and i have it. Now, i am much happier. I still go here. Its really fun. 10/10.

My oldest went there a few years ago. She wasn't comfortable with the one lady and she was pushy. It wasn't just with one session either. The staff was also very ignorant with me as well. I cancelled one of my daughter's appointments because we were having car trouble. The lady I spoke with gave me a harsh attitude and told me to just take the bus or something. I was pregnant with my 4th and had two other little ones. That was NOT an option. The receptionist literally raised her voice at me. Well, I chose not to return since!

0 stars wasn’t an option. Worked here for almost 3 years. The first year and a half was great. I had a very supportive supervisor that advocated for her workers. Then when that great leader left, someone with lack luster interpersonal skills became a supervisor. We were warned that things would take a drastic change when she become the “supervisor.” If you are a person with a conscious head on your shoulders and actually want to help people, don’t work here. You could possibly get suspended with no pay for speaking your mind, yet there’s an open door policy. The reception staff were very supportive during my time there. They started to realized that we (lower totem pole employees) had to stick together. If you want to be worked like a machine and not a human, apply. If you are in the human service field to deliver effective service and treat people like humans, don’t go there. I’m not even sure working here afforded me any valuable experience other than how to work around passive aggressive, no power at home, troglodyt-ish people.
