I made my annual PCP appointment a month and a half ago and got a call the week before confirming my appointment. On Monday the day before my appointment I got a call saying that they would have to reschedule. I questioned why? They said because I never got the proper lab work done? When I said I was never told about the lab work that needed to be completed, she said she would send a note to the nurse that spoke with me and let me know. I got a call 10 minutes later saying that they still had to reschedule my appointment. Again, I waited a month and a half for this appointment that was much needed because of some medical issues. I would not have just skipped my lab work . What I dont appreciate the most is that the nurse lied and said that she told me about the lab work when she didnt.

Got dismissed with no knowledge in September 2023 for apparently missing 3 appointments however I was seen in November 2023 . Says they were only supposed to see me from September 2023 for 30 days but in November was just being nice. I was given a referral by this physician at my appointment in November 2023 and I dont see that provider until February. How is she supposed to follow up as my referring physician if she has dismissed me . She should have given me this information at my appointment in November instead of leaving me blind thinking everything was okay , this is very unprofessional. I could and would have paid my penalty for whatever missed appointments there was . In life , things happen . No manager would speak to me and when I call back no one answers my calls , I know they have called ID . I would not recommend. I will leave a review on every page possible because this is ridiculous.

The wait time here is just unbelievable, you come on time and they get you in the back after 45minutes. Also everything is rushed, the actual time spent with the patient is minimal but they bill you big time for it. Very disappointing place do not recommend it.

Stay away from this place they bill you and charge you for things that are not even done. Plus the doctor does not even stay with you for 5 minutes and you get charged hundreds. So sad that's why people do not go anymore for their preventive visits because they are afraid of all these ridiculous charges. What a shame! We are just numbers...
