I have the amazing luck lot have the best Agent in this office, named Chawn. She is so kind, efficient, knowledgeable and on point when you need her to be! Never in all my years of driving (30 yrs) have I ever been so blessed to have an insurance agent that has helped me navigate through some tough DMV situations, and informed me if details in my policy I didnt know as a layman. Truly a Unicorn of the industry. Andrew is just as customer focused and driven, the two of them make a force to be reckoned with! You are in good hands at this office. If you cant say these things about your insurance agent, maybe you should be rethinking your choice and go meet one of these two awesome people!

Worst experience with an insurance company. It was our misfortune that our State Farm agent retired and we were handed off to his man. Andrew Brandt and his staff are top tier when it comes to unprofessionalism. His staff gave false information/quotes and although he did admit that they were dishonest and dropped the ball more than once, he refused to reimburse me for their mistake. When confronted, he laughed and acted like a coward. Until he is educated on how to sell insurance or even work with the people, I recommend he look into a career as a used car salesman.

Chawn Waters Lambert is hands-down, the best agent I have ever dealt with in the entire existence of my driving history. My actual insurance company is GainsCo, which is a branch of State Farm. When I first started the policy, I needed an SR 22, but it did not come up in the state search under my name, so the insurance company had dropped it off the policy. The DMV found out, and suspended my license. They wanted $145 for reinstatement!!!!! Chawn went out of her way to make sure the GainsCo corrected the mistake, backdated the SR 22 to the date that I was supposed to have had it to begin with, the day I started the policy! Then she sent a letter and email to the DMV, stating that this was an agent, mistake, and was willing to take that hit against an agent to defend her client. Never ever in the existence of having insurance have I ever dealt with somebody with such high integrity, compassion, empathy, and genuine care for her customers. If I could give her 25 stars I would. And this comes from a girl who has been let down by every insurance company I have ever used, and I cant say enough good things about Chawn and the office that she works for ! If youre not happy with your agent, or your insurance policy, I highly suggest contacting her. If youre looking for an honest agent, as much as people say, they dont exist, I have found the unicorn!
