There is no SNAP in this business. Limited staffing makes joining a major problem. I am in the area for only 19 days and wished to join through my Medicare supplement benefit, planning to use the facility when I am in the area again. Arrived at the gym on day 1 of my visit, doors locked, messages to call manager to schedule appointment. Left voicemail and emails and was contacted midafternoon of next day by Samantha. I had to wait 4 days to get an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I arrived with no response at the gym. It was at that time that I saw a text from Samantha that my appointment was cancelled due to an emergency and would be rescheduled in ANOTHER 4 days. I told her to forget it, that I am leaving soon after. Samantha explained her emergency and lamented that she is the only staff and has to do everything. I appreciate her position and this is not a reflection on her, but of the miserable business practice of this particular facility. I will be contacting United Healthcare about their contract with particular business.
