Best branch ever! Dealing with some complicated issues and the manager doesnt hesitate to step in. Highly recommend and so happy with the level of knowledge and professionalism

Rude manager, understaffed, an hour wait for a desk person at 9 AM. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Racists! Melanated people beware!!! I am a state worker and was treated like I had a fake license, state I.D. and created a fake check from an University. Front line Teller was rude as if she was jealous that I was cashing my check. Her face was all turned up. It's 2023 and times are getting worse. If you can go somewhere else, do it.

Any bank branch makes me dread going there. I had a completely different feeling when I visited this branch. Since I already have a business account with BOA, I decided to open a personal account as well. The experience of opening an account with Kathy Brown was rewarding and I am glad I chose this branch.Her warmth and welcoming manner made us feel welcome, and she even delayed her lunch break to assist my wife and I since we didn't have an appointment.As the face of BOA, she should be recognized for her personal touch and superior customer service.
