I have lived in the Spring Road Apartments for a total of 10 years broken up into two 5 year timeframes. My family moved out of state for 6 years and we knew that if we are moving back to Williamsburg we wanted to come back to Lawson. Everyone we have come into contact with have been very nice and professional. If we put a maintenance request in for something we know they will be promptly taken care of, I know thats not something all places do. They are now using an app for payments and maintenance requests which is a bonus. So if youre looking for a place to stay and dont like to pack up and move every year this is the place for you. They do have a lease you sign at first but once it is up you are on a month to month basis and can stay as long as you like.

Ive lived in Clinton gardens for about five years and have been very pleased with the property as well as the staff. Immediately after I moved in they updated all the doors, windows, and siding in my complex. Since then I have moved into an updated, beautiful unit. There was nothing wrong with my previous apartment, it was just very outdated. I appreciate management staying with the times. They also stay on top of landscaping and have online services. The staff members are genuinely nice people and are very responsive to any of my needs. I love stopping into the front office with my dog, they love her and have treats on hand. Also, I appreciate the lack of breed restrictions. They had no problem with my big baby of a pittie joining the community.

This place is beyond beautiful the employee's are so nice the office lady's are amazing and always so helpful and sweet same with maintenance if you need a maintenance order they try to get to it right away the pool is lovely and they try to keep everyone safe and up-to-date with everything as much as possible like whether and if any construction or anything is going on I highly recommend them
