Jhordyn was very flippant with me and was not very knowledgeable about the product line. Will never purchase from her again. A shame, Ive bought there twice and the other salespersons were very nice.

Great watches, not so great salesman. We got a nice watch, we were there with friends. They did not offer water, coffee anything. When I picked a piece of chocolate the person smirked and said its not up for grabs. We immediately put it back. That is not how you treat someone who is looking to spend 5-15k at your shop.

I had the pleasure of working with Herbes Lopez recently. He helped me get the brand new white-dial speedmaster. The watch is incredible. The only thing better than the watch is the service at this omega boutique. Herbes kept in touch with me via text and email, and he answered all my questions. At the store, my wife enjoyed a vanilla espresso while Herbes fitted my bracelet, and I browsed some of omega's other pieces. Great experience.

Let me start off this review by saying that dreams do comes true! Herbes Lopez Made that happen for me and I will always be grateful to him and his staff at the Omega Boutique in Tysons Galleria. Herbes was an absolute pleasure to deal with and is very knowledgeable about the Omega brand. I highly recommended you go and ask for him and he will surely take care of you. They have earned a customer for life. Thank you Omega Tysons you guys are the best.

In one word? World-class! The entire Omega team at Tysons is absolutely amazing! They are so friendly, accepting, and helpful to everyone who comes in. Weve purchased 6 amazing timepieces from them, so far, and it has been a wonderful experience every time. Kenny, Jerry, and Andrew are an absolute dream to work with, and Kenny has that place running like a well-oiled machine. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the entire experience is a top-notch, luxury experience. The boutique itself is beautiful with a great selection of Omegas. I couldnt be happier with our experiences there and I couldnt recommend them more highly. They are the best of the best.
