I didnt know if I would rent or buy when I moved here. Rob was willing to help me either way. He wants the people he works with to be happy and working with him was a great experience. He is knowledgeable, smart, responsive, realistic, and just a little irreverent to make the search fun. I would recommend him to my closest friends!

Rob Cox is terrific! I came to him with a house I wanted and he helped me get that house! Didn't try to upsell me on a different property, which had been my previous experience. Was frank, honest and exacting about every part of the process, ALWAYS available, sometimes we'd call at 11pm and he was there. We just settled and I couldn't be happier :D thanks Rob!
